His rustic, elemental French-inspired cooking is sparked by the restaurant’s grills as well as seasonal produce from its rooftop farm. All and all, this class will offer interesting combinations and contrasting textures to result in a total sensation.
Michael will share the authoritative and personal story of how he embraced the food of his birthplace, yet made it his own. You will be dancing the hora with joy at the deliciousness of his cuisine.
In his return visit to De Gustibus he will be teaching us dishes from his new cookbook, Season with Authority, which brings us confident home cooking based on contemporary French bistro and Italian trattoria fare.
