Demonstration classes:Chefs do the cooking in our state-of-the-art Miele kitchen,
while students observe, ask questions, and enjoy a five-course,
four-star meal paired with wines.
Hands-on classes:Held on-location in the host chef’s restaurant. Guests participate
in the cooking process and enjoy a delicious meal paired with wines.
